That the most evil Vlad Putin and the nutcase Kim jung Il are still alive?
It seems strange the world allows them to continue to have a heart beat when looking at the murderous evil both of them foist upon our fair globe.
It seems even more strange that a single actor, working alone trained and ready to die for a cause has not stepped forward and put a .338 Lapua Mag round through their heads.

Not unusual at all. Look at what goes on in the US political arena. The really bad politicians and bureaucrats that are ruining the country in 100s of way, get away with everything they do. Meanwhile, Joe Citizen gets hauled off to jail for a minor offense, or something that isn't even a crime such as protesting what the crooked politicians are doing.
