Recently came into possession of a Marlin camp 9. Gun has had the original finish sanded off down to bare wood. Wood is in great shape. Trying to decide if I should put some Linseed or other type of finish on it before I list it, or just leave it as is? Opinions?

Camp 9's do not have the purtiest wood. Try to fix it up as best you can. Don
Absolutely.
What everybody else said.
I would use Linspeed oil. That is not a typo.
I would dress it up a little. That is where the money is.
What don said
Take the wood off and paint it black--tick off the libs! 😈
Walnut stain and clear coat
Forego the linseed and use tung oil. It's much better.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
dang a guy could kill himself just loading that thing......
Are you selling that for Ken?
He would have to put a pink dress on it and an air valve!!!!!💃
