Double Barrel Receiver Identification Help

Good morning. We received an unmarked double barrel receiver yesterday and we're asking for help identifying the make/model.
The first photo includes the stock the receiver came with (taped to it!).
The only markings we have found are:
22
D32
52104 (presumably the S/N)
SAFE (above the safety on the upper tang)
Thank you for any help you may provide!

Found the barrels. They are marked:
Genuine Armory Steel
Choke Bored
Okay, after some more hunting around the inter web, I believe it is a A.J. Aubrey/Meriden Hammerless Double Barrel Shotgun manufactured in the 1909 timeframe.
Meriden Arms never marked barrels like that, and, indeed, those barrels do not go with that receiver. The receiver, which I believe was made by Meriden Arms, originally came with 32" damascus barrels.
