#1 Son got hit

By thief, be it a tweaker or common thief on Saturday night while in Casper Wyoming while attending a state wrestling meet with his boys and family.

They broke into his wife’s ford explorer and stole a Ruger SR1911 in a double Diamond leather shoulder holster.

It had come off Gunbroker, can’t remember if we got it from Kasey or not.

I asked why it hadn’t went to hotel room with him and he said he plumb forgot it, it was in the door pocket, but evidently was visible from the passenger side window and he got relieved of it.

His youngest 7 asked “ when you going to buy another”? to which my son replied “when I can afford one”.

To which the 7 YO said “ Dad, you got a birthday coming up, I will buy you one,” then the next boy 10 YO said to the 7 YO, “ we will split it and I’ll pay half”.

Made me feel proud them little boys would think like that, and they can sure enough afford to, as they been buying and selling ponies and steers and have pretty substantial savings accounts for their ages.
