Received an email from Gunbroker saying they were discontinuing BitRail 5/10/2023. I have two payments in the system. Hope they make it through.

Trains seem to be derailing all over the place lately!
I can't even log in to check on mine.
Is anyone else having problems transferring their money from BitRail to their bank account. I have been trying to get my money transferred for several days with no luck. Their support has been no help.
I was having problems logging in also. After a day or so I was able to login and then I was unable to transfer the money to my bank account. BitRail 'support' has not been any help. They are well aware of the situation. I hope that this is a problem with their system and not a deliberate attempt to keep our money.
Isnt Bitrail operated by the guy who once owned GB?
I have been trying to transfer $600.00 for a few days now to no avail. Sometimes I can't log on and then when I can it refuses to transfer the money. I am thinking about telling my customer to dispute it with his credit card.
No problem logging in now but I can't withdraw funds. An error massage keeps popping up. Customer service responds but does not offer any suggestions as to how to get funds transferred. I suspect I've lost that balance. The abruptness of the seperation between the parties along with the continued difficulties everyone seems to be having smells bad and looks bad.
Have only $ 65 in there but no luck. Something between the parties had to have happened abruptly. imo
I got through and it says they are going to transfer the funds to my checking account. We shall see.
Does anyone know if GB is doing anything to help us get our money from BitRail? A few days ago when I contacted GB support I was told to contact BR support, which I did.
Nope, they said they could not help.
Gunbroker will not help as it is part of their business strategy to separate from Bitrail.
This is what happens when you go corporate. Long term strategies cost money & stocks live and die quarterly. Crypto tanked and interest rates skyrocketed & here we are.
I rode Britrail back in the 80's, have never used any crypto currency and likely never will. No skin off my GB account. Your milage may vary.

I quit taking Bitrail back when they made changes and it seemed they were no longer supported by Gun Broker. We were all set up and things were going good....then it was "disabled" and we were going to have to go in and set things up again. I thought this was out of the norm, so we stopped using it.
This upcoming payment platform has me worried. I know this is unavoidable and it was the next logical step in the website's growth. I just don't know how I'm going to cover the fees for that payment process. The customers pay the fees if they use a card, but can avoid this charge if they wish to...which is fair. Being a consignment seller I have a set rate we charge the owners to do their sales....I can't cover a payment fee and keep my consignment rates competitive.
I know how you guys feel. Gunpal got about $500 from me when they went out of business, 10 or so years ago.
I was finally able to log in and withdraw funds. Hoping no one else uses it on auctions I have currently listed.
This is why I don't try 'new' things.
I was finally able to transfer my money.

You should go into your auctions and edit payment options....I thought GB had already disabled this though. It might not be something you have to worry about
