Not a big Henry fan until the last couple of years. Saw this one come up for auction and really love it. I think the only reason I don't pull the trigger on it, is because I already have too many safe queens. I also don't care for the 45-70. Beautiful gun. I wonder why nobody has bid on it??? It also comes with a drawling, Which I already have, called on the brink. I love buffalos. Oakie

The only "Tribute" rifle I would care to own would be the John Wayne Winchester.
Some of the tributes look cheesy, but that one is well done. I like it.

I have one Henry and it has the smoothest action of any gun I own.
I have 5 of those bison tributes in stock. I got 5 last fall and sold them with one Facebook post. I just got another 5, 1 is spoken for. Nicely done special edition. The ones I have come with the print and also an enormous 2'x3' print. I'm a top 100 Henry dealer, the guy that does these is the former president of the NSSF, they are not officially a Henry special edition as he just takes Henry H010B rifles and has baron engraving make them his own special edition.
Oakie, give the 45-70 a try. Since you load your own, get a box of Barnes hollow point bullets, the one I call the flying ash tray!
Hit a deer and you have as instant a dead deer as it is possible to have!!
