We have sone once fired SKS 7.62x39 Berdan primed Brass--does anyone use these??

Very rare for folks to use it. It is a Royal Pain to reload and boxer primed is reloader friendly Berdan is not. If they are brass you can save them and scrap them out for some pretty good money.
IF - IF - IF it is a rare cartridge for which no boxer primed brass is available - then a Bredan decapper unit like this can be used and the correct size Berdan primer installed.
