Anyone ever heard of this store???? My friend took me to it down in Alabama. It is a Farm and home store, and everything is very reasonable. I did good. I got out of there with only spending about 200 bucks. LOL. Bought some ammo, a shooting bag, some groceries for a couple days, a couple of travel mugs for three bucks, that are awesome. The place was like a Tractor supply, mixed with a Walmart and a BJ's wholesale club. Wish we had one up here.

We have two near us. One has lots of ammo but at high prices. They sell a lot of guns.
My friend calls it China King.
If you went down interstate 77 you passed one here in Parkersburg, oakie............there gun prices in store and online have put 3 local gun shops out of business
Ain't it something when you enter the land of the free???
None here, kind of wish there was. We have a store called big blue which is similar but no guns. Agrisupply is close. They sell everything under the sun related to farming They have an unbelievable amount of outdoor cooking supplies. Closest Academy is 40 miles away. Bass pro and cableas about 60 miles.
Being in a farming county we have Rural King and Tractor Supply in our county seat. I have bought a couple of guns from Rural King. They have one policy which I hate. They will not let you touch the gun until after you pay for the gun, then they will give it to you outside of the building.

Sounds a fair bit like our local North 40 Outfitters.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I love the Rural King! Back in Virginia where I grew up there's one and it's excellent. Even when there were ammo shortages, those guys had ammo.
And yes, it's the perfect 1-stop shopping store. Food, ammo, maybe a chair or two....they have everything a guy needs.

I have shopped Rural King 50 to one over Tractor Supply. Lower prices and a lot more choices for just about everything. If you buy guns and ammo in West Virginia there is no sales tax on those items. I drove to Huntington WV to buy 10 cases of shotgun shells, it saved me a lot of tax money.
Having been a very big vendor to Rural King I can say their accounts payable department is...shall I say, interesting to work with. Past due payments are the normal way they do business in my experience.
I'm 30 miles from the original store.
They have added a lot more china stuff in the last 15 years.
Pretty good firearm selection though.
