Revolver day at the range.....

Been hot around here so I headed over to the indoor range early before it got too hot.... I have learned that as I get older, shooting a .44 Mag is not as fun as it used to be... My favorite 'Dirty Harry" 629-1 had not been out to the range in a long time.... 15 rounds and I was done with that.... I ended up shooting five different revolvers ranging from .22LR... .22WMR... .38 Special.. .357 Mag and .44Mag. Always a good time hanging out at the range, shooting and talking to other shooters..
Anyone else hitting the range ?

Good day indeed.
629 .44 mag, I love mine
This weekend. It's time to fire a few from the shotgun.

Too hot here at 101, besides according to Mr. P, my fave .357 is outdated. Sounds like a good day though. I will likely be back there next year for a HS reunion, maybe we can get out and make some holes, I have a few you have likely not shot.
Shoot a few almost daily, got my own safe range with dirt backstop.
Sounds like great fun. Love my revolvers
Had a S&W Mod. 29 44 mag. WAY to much straight back kick. Got rid of it and have even shooting a Ruger which has a much more "roll back" rather than the Smith's kick straight back. No comparison.
Ive got a couple of each, and to be honest I never noticed the difference.
Same here.....
Now they both bother me after about a dozen rounds or so...
Sadly, I only have 2 revolvers. I plan to fix that situation soon.
I have a SW Model 10 and a Kimber DASA Combat and they are fired more often than substandard contestants on “ The Apprentice”.

Before I head over the divide, I would love me an N frame Smith. Model 27 or 28. We have 5 Smiths now. 3 K frames, and 2 J frames.
OUCH🙃
