Announced today. Voice of butter.
I may be a bit crazy - but I didn't drive myself.

My dad grew up with him in Queens before he was Tony Bennett.
Did get to see him in a live performance. RIP

R.I.P. I wonder what he thought of his beloved San Francisco the last few years of his life.
Damn, and other profanities.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
My sweetheart Diane loved Tony and Frank and of course there was Elvis. RIP Tony----Ray
I detest what passes for music or singing these days. Haven't voluntarily listened to either one in a couple of decades.
I did catch the duet sung by Bennet and Lady Gaga, though. Gaga's personal life and beliefs aside, that was a captivating performance.
I can't think of any of the old guard of real singers that are still with us. Frank, Dean, Mel, Bing, several more...and now Tony. Gone.
Johnny Mathis still is, but hasn't been able to perform since his stroke in '99. :(
