An interesting discussion overheard at a gun shop sale this weekend....made me think

CMMG is based out of Boonville, MO and they had a big sale this weekend at a local gun store that is affiliated with them. They from time to time have sales or other events in the community. There were complete rifles, Uppers, Lowers, barrels and all the parts needed to build your own too...They also had a large number of Banshees in all of the calibers they manufacture. A lot of the items they were selling were blems so the prices were really reasonable.

There were a dozen or more folks looking at the items they had laid out and many more milling about. A gentleman picked up a Banshee and said to the worker, where is the brace ? It was interesting as the crowd went silent..... The worker tried to explain to him the change in ATFE rules and issues because of the change.

The guy was not having any of it....and walked away. I heard him later talking to a gentleman nearby me and say, I am just going to buy one and add a regular stock....the 2nd guy tried to explain the issues again and I walked away about that time.

It made me think there are a bunch of folks out there that have no idea about the BAFTE changes concerning pistol braces...

    Working in my buddy's gun shop you meet people that have no idea about gun laws at all.

    I will agree way more people have no idea about gun laws or the back door tactics of the left and ATF

    I gave up many times with trying to tell co workers and friends

    They think I am paranoid when I say any thing about the left hating us having guns and gun laws

    Most people have never watched a gun pod cast or read any gun magazine

    If CNN or the big networks don't say any thing about new gun laws it's all fake

    Their sheeple with their head in the sand whenit comes to any gun laws or rights

    Some have even argued the goverment should have list with what guns people have and all should be regestered among other left wing ideas

    I have even ask if they would just spend ten minutes checking into how we are being controlled and how much more is being pushed to get more over us
