My local shop took a Savage 110 heavy barrel custom in that caliber. Has some reloading items with it. Can't find anything about it. Ideas?

My goodness, my search didn't pull up all that. Wow, what a cartridge!!! THANKS guys for the info. Yes Todd, that looks interesting and a seemingly remarkable cartridge.
That is one cool caliber. Never heard of it until now. Not into BR, but love to varmint hunt. Bet that round would be devastating on ground hogs, out to 1,000 yards.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Buy it and let us know how you do with it.
A good friend as a 6 Dasher........it's a 6BR case that is "improved", and with the shoulder moved forward. It is a favorite of some long range benchrest shooters.....with 105-107gr VLD bullets.
The closest I have is my 20BR.......that shoots a 50LTB at 3950fps and 40VMax at 4150fps......at pds a long way off! 😎
I enjoy it......🙂
I have a 6BR and a 22BR. The 6 Dasher is the 6BR with the shoulder blown forward for more powder space. My 6BR has a Shilen 7 twist barrel and .262 neck. It shoots 105-107 grain pills into little teeny groups. You would love the 6 Dasher if shooting long range is your game.
