Another reason not to live in a city.
our city park just posted a sighn that not picking up your dogs poop could cost you $10-50, yet the homeless poop anywhere they want and nothing is done to them............
One of the parks where i was assigned had 2 regulatory pictograph signs side by side on the same post. On the right was a picture of a man shooting a pistol with a slash mark through it. On the left was a man with a leashed dog. When confronting a violator of either regulation we were told more than once that they thought that the signs meant "Don't shoot a man with a dog on a leash."
