Leaving right now to meet some buddies at a local indoor range. Too wet for the outdoor range today... Hopefully a worthwhile range report when I get home

I've got the opposite problem right now. Too dang dry! I'm afraid to make a spark for fear of burnin' the place down around our ears. There's a ~13,000 acre fire about 12 miles south of us right now that I'm keepin' a real close eye on...

    Go have fun!!

That was us until about 10 days ago..... Almost 4 inches since then... Too late to make any difference with the corn but the beans and hay should both benefit from the moisture. I hope for favorable winds that keep things away from you all...

I had the chance to fire three different 9mm handguns, three different .22 SA handguns and later in the day a buddy's AR.

Started out the day at the indoor range. I shot this target with the three different 9mm, including a Sig 365, Sig M18 and SA Hellcat Pro. 20 rounds each, shooting between 7 and 12 yards. Single and double taps. My buddies did basically the same drills. We fired the .22's and headed out as the place got a little crowded...

My buddy wanted me to shoot his AR so we headed to a different range. It had a Burris LRS scope. Wow, it was really an accurate rifle. Caught a few fish and headed home. It was a great day !!
