Yes but litigation can continue along a different line of argument.
What part of "SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED" do they not understand?
Hey, it is a Trump appointed Maga court, don't ask me.
Um....no.....That's not what they said.

Yes that’s not what they said
All of it.
No, they sure didn't say that. What they did say though is that the dog shooters at the ATF get to continue to infringe our rights while they appeal the decision from the court in Texas, which incidentally, said their rule is horse hockey.
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
This is just about the dumbest issue we have going right now.
Most 'ghost guns' are commercially manufactured weapons that have had the serial number removed or modified.
These are being used to discredit the 1,000s of people who enjoy the craft of manufacturing or finishing a firearm for personal use.
Note to the left: What you call 'Ghost Guns' are already illegal if not owned by the person who built it.
But you know this. Your efforts are yet another way of making it more difficult for those who you fear may resist your tyranny. It has nothing to do with saving lives.

So no more home built flint locks?
Great to see you posting Yoshi!
All those 22s and cheap shotguns made before 1968 are evil ghost guns !
