Update on the Emoji issue from HQ.

@montanajoe heard from HQ on several forum issues and asked that I relay some thoughts to you all about the emoji issues some folks are having. So here goes...

The GB website is setup to provide a lot of emojis regardless of whether you access the site from a smart phone, tablet PC. laptop etc. You should experience the same availability of emojis.

What cannot be set and/or controlled by GB site is what you choose to access the site with including type of device, Operating System on that device choices of browsers included or added to your device and/or Operating System. So if any of you are experiencing issues the best advice we can give is to make sure whatever you are using is up to date with the most current and supported versions of those things.

You can send me a PM if you need any help in updating your system and I will try to assist you but using outdated and no longer supported versions are your choice and not much can be done if that is your situation.
