Delaware Will Make It Extremely Cumbersome to Purchase Guns Starting in 2024

The Governor, etc. lost the battle in 2023 but are trying very hard to make the purchase of a firearm in 2024 very onerous.

He also wants to eliminate the health benefits of Delaware state employees and replace it with a poorer plan.
