Buddy of mind just got a $54.00 an hour raise. Of course he makes $23,000+ a month.

And I spend my time wrenching on guns ,,,,,,,, 😂

Hey, that won't stand up to your $12.50 an hour smithing fees.

A buddy mine makes mad money like that. He's a veterinarian that specializes in dairy cow nutrition. One of the most unassuming and humble fellas you'd ever meet.

When I was younger and had a mortgage, kids at home and worked every weekend and overtime I could get,and really needed the money,I would get a small raise each year. After I retired I agreed to work a day or two a week and help train new guys or whatever needed done. Now that I am pretty good financially, seems I get a raise or bonus every few months.I think with the labor/work ethic shortage many companies are raising starting pay trying to hire and keep workers so old timers like me also get more money.I almost caught up with my son that is a UPS driver pay wise, but they are about to make $49.00 an hour so I have a way to go before I catch him.
