Are .22 caliber rifles (10/22) on the list for a 10 shot only? "Thanks" VGUN1

If I’m reading it right I would say they are calling it an assault rifle.
JUST GOT A COPY OF THE "LAW" AND THEY ARE CALLING IT A "ASSAULT" RIFLE. 22 WERE EXEMPT AND FIRST BUT THEY CHANGED THE LAW. "THANKS" FOR YOUR REPLY VGUN1
I live in this communist state of disrepair and at the gunshop we talked about this. It is as it reads Walt is right. If you find the "lists" of banned firearms it is massive. Plus mags over 15 rounds for a pistol must be registered and a fee paid for firearms and mags to "register them." The big Prickster and his stooges are the worst of the worst. NO BAIL needed for criminals but you can't have a 10/22 / Yea, I know, move they say, well pretty soon if you do that and don't try to change things you will run out of states. I have to many roots here to do that and age is a facture also.

Anyone living in ILL and paying taxes to support this stuff is ??
All the relatives I had living in Illinois have moved out when they retired. Things like this are why.
I don’t pay taxes to support this I assure you, how ever I do pay my taxes as required by law. What keeps me from moving out of Illinois is. I’ve lived here for the last 31 years in the country, not town. I’m retired and don’t have to pay state income tax on my pension, yet anyway. At 73 I’ve got things set up around here the way I like it for hunting and I live way out in the sticks. As I figure it I can stick around and be a thorn in there side better than picking up and moving. Lol
Grouch Attack has relatives living in ILLness. They use similar 'reasons' for staying. Prior to the last 4-5 years of escalating land values, they could easily have sold their ILLness property and bought a nice 60-80 acre farm in another state. Now they have nothing but retirement income and a constant money sink on top of the tyrannical ILL regs.
Their neighbor(a good friend of both of us) beat a hasty retreat to WIS as soon as he could retire. He's living the good life with much more personal freedom from tyranny.
I turned 55, signed up for my pension and LEFT..... I have to pay 6% on my pension here in MO, but the difference in property taxes and all the excessive fees etc still leaves me way ahead overall...
Both my sons packed up and left Illinois and never looked back.
Most of the people I worked with over the years also fled as soon as they were able to retire..
I think most of the folks that have left are the ones that paid taxes and kept the ship upright.. That will end one day soon ..
I am sorry some of you all are stuck there...
the very day i could start drawing my machinist pension i left Illinois for Montana. have not been back, and won't either. this was 2007. 56 years watching that state get progressively worse to the point as a free rational man i could no longer accept the corruption, graft, and general malaise the state of Chicago imposed on the fiefdoms downstate.
Just read last night in our paper Illinois in the last 6 months it leads all other states in people leaving. JB says we are growing, yea the illegals are asking to be sent here now, fact.
