Bad equipment

I bought a Kimber Nightstar this week and the attached Vortex red dot is inoperative. How do I find out the sellers info so that I can contact them about this?

    Who did you send your money to?

    Some will die in hot pursuit
    And fiery auto crashes
    Some will die in hot pursuit
    While sifting through my ashes
    Some will fall in love with life
    And drink it from a fountain
    That is pouring like an avalanche
    Coming down the mountain

    I assume you checked/changed the battery. If that didn't correct the problem and the seller is unresponsive, Vortex will probably stand behind it. They have about the best warranty in the business;

    Good luck with it. Bob

    Log in to GB, click on "Welcome XXYYZZ" in the upper right hand corner and click on "won orders", if it's been longer than 30 days, you will need to change the search time frame. Find the item that you need to contact the seller about, then click on the "more options button, click on the "view seller contact info", this should get you what you need.

    If the scope is faulty, the seller will most likely have you deal with Vortex directly, which would probably be the best route any way. Good luck.
