This will be appealed and I guess we see if it goes the standard route to the 3 judge panel next or if the 9th Circus decides to capriciously bypass that and go directly to the en banc panel like they did with the magazine ban case (Duncan v. Bonta).
Salient final plea here from me: if you don't actively support the Firearms Policy Coalition, please, please consider doing so. They are doing INCREDIBLE work trying to restore your gun rights.

Yep, already a member.
I remember hearing California skipped the en bonc court and went to the 3 judge. Then asked if they did that in correct order or some such silliness. Basically walking back by incompetence.
Then I guess this is the new.
Now me being an optimist this will be going through the system in 20 more years. I reckon California is waiting for judge Benitez to retire or die or get fired for some scandal. Being California that will have to be one spectacular scandal.
I would love to see Judge Benitez become a member of the Supremes.
