I was just catching up on some recorded Shooting USA shows. They were doing a memorial to Jim Scoutten. Does anyone know the details of his death. I always enjoyed his shows...

He was 77 years old, but they don't give a cause of death. He died from an undisclosed illness.
I used to enjoy him, but haven't seen him in several years.
