Dem controlled House passed an AW ban in 2022
What happened to this Bill. At the time the House was controlled by the Democrats and the Republicans controlled the Senate. The Senate killed this bill.
However, now that things are reversed - is this bill still floating out there somewhere? Could the Dem controlled Senate pass this or is it completely dead?
Researching - the bill is dead if the senate doesn't pass it, which they didn't at the time.
I expect they will just rewrite this bill when the Dems control the WH, HOR, and Senate.

Ohh they will in 2024 unless the Repubs get their act together and do it soon!. The upcoming election is the biggest ever for the Constitution, ever! And I ain't jokin man.
The passage of that bill and its enforcement, if it were to happen, would be the opening silence of the second civil war. But this time it would be the free peoples of the Fifty United States against tyranny.
DEMOCRATs have made it clear their ultimate goal is to expunge the 2A and no one should own firearms. Anyone who does not realize this factoid has a serious case of ostrich syndrome.
Grasshopper, could not agree more. A while back I used a word that is not allowed and was poofed so I can't use it here. In my humble opinion this one word will determine the fate of our country. It makes no difference who is nominated for either party. A Supreme Court Decision was reversed. It is my greatest hope that the Republicans can come up with a winning platform. It will have to be carefully worded on this one issue. I don't even know if it is possible. Without taking any sides, there is nothing worse than the wrath of a woman and they will VOTE in the millions !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!----------------------Ray
