Could you decode this for us mountain folk?
I know someone that has things sent in from Germany pretty regularly.....the only thing I can tell you is you'll need to contact a person that is licensed to import firearms. They will have to get the firearms etched with the import info ON the gun and it takes several months for all the steps to happen. You can look up importers near you or somewhat near you to find out more about it.
“I inherited gun in Europe”?
Sorry typing without reading glasses.
Inherited gum in Europe.
Licenced , in police registry( most European countries have tight control on gun ownership) and yearly gun taxes .
Around 50$ yearly tax for this handgun.
Do you know some gun importer to NC ?
Might try plugging in your zip code on the FFL locator. Might be an importer near you, or perhaps some one on the list can refer you to an importer. Good luck.

I have more than ten years of experience and would love to help!
Simpson Ltd, Galesburg, Il imports guns on occasion. Figure $700-1,200 for 1 gun. And, not likely to be approved unless it is a sporting gun.
