hi experts, picked up lyman reloading manual published in 2007 and it shows rx19 as a powder for loading 25-06, is this the same as rl19. there is no abbreviation chart to designate if it is the same, any opinions? thanks in advance
Comments
I don't see a RX19 powder in any of my books. Easy enough to contact Lyman and verify if it is a misprint.. They have good customer service. We, also, would like to know.
This is the abbreviation for Alliant Reloader 19. I have a Lyman manual #49 published in 2008. It has a section in the front listing powders by manufacturer with full name with a brief description and abbreviation used in the loading section.
question answered, thanks again for your time
Your 2007 data manual is far outdated. Lots of things have changed since then.
In general, Lyman loading manuals & data are very behind the times.
The best reloading manuals that I've found/used are provided by the propellant companies.
