Just realized it's end of November.

As I was writing a check for the property tax I realized it's end of November and I have yet to turn on my Heat4Less heater. So I'm thinking it'll be a short or mild winter or both. Well at least for me in my neck of the woods. Don't have to huddle with the heater in front of me watching "Quest For Fire". Yay, for global warming.
So how not so frosty is in your neck of the woods?

14 degrees just outside Kalispell this morning and the Kitchen Queen wood stove has a nice little fire going in it. No snow yet. This time last year it was knee deep already.
29° here in Grays Harbor. 63° in the front room@ 4:50 this morning. Got the stove gobbling wood like there's no tomorrow. Just brought the hummingbird feeder in to thaw it out.
Here in Manton (Michigan's smallest city POPULATION 1200) it is 25 degrees which feels like 12 with the wind factor at 11:30 AM. This morning when I awoke around 2 AM it was 20.
Dang HPD! 29 is cold as heck in Grays Harbor.
We had a good freeze this morning believe it or not... A little early for the coast. But I hate rainy day birthdays so I'll take the freeze.

Four inches of snow on the ground high of 25. I expect to see my lawn the end of April.
Oh yeah, especially with 85% humidity. That cold just drives right through ya. Much rather be in God's country @ 10°-15° above.
Susanville, 20 tonight but my wood stove is up to the challenge.
