I agree, there doesn't seem to be a scumbag shortage no matter where you are. Strangely, I think the penalties for poaching are enforced more than regular crime. That's good, but why do they let inner city lawbreakers get off so easy by comparison?
I read a while ago about the estimates of eagles/raptors killed every year by these dang windmills and it's a wonder there were any left for those scumbags to poach. Bob
Save the eagle-Get rid ot all those windmills. Save the fish-Get rid of all those pesky dams stopping up our rivers. Get rid of ELECTRICITY. Back to nature. We should all sacrifice ourselves to save Mother Earth
I agree they go after poachers and similar crimes big time which they should
but bad guys and illegals who kill and do so much harm to our country and citizens in general Just crickets
I may be wrong but I thought some native groups were allowed to take some endangered game including eagles as part of ther culture ?
No use for poachers of ANY kind. Set an example. Who in the heck would want eagle feathers other than native? people?
Eagle Feathers as far as the eye can see ,,,,,,,, Black Coyote Okla. My home town. Prior Cheyenne/Arapahoe reservation.
Chief Roman Nose ,,,,, his great, great granddaughter was my 2nd grade teacher.
The proposed sentence is too short.
I could take care of those poachers easily.... Poach them in hot water like eggs.
To me life in prison sounds good.

and them type's get to vote. (and we suffer the results of that also)
Let the Indains tie them to the stake and have a weiner roast.
Poaching is illegal and so is harming eagles.
If you've had the misfortune to watch as a bald eagle sits in a crippled cow pecking it's eye balls out and then tearing into the body cavity of the still living cow, a few aspects of this unequivocal protection may seem illogical.
