Going through my reloading accumulation I found a 2 pound cannister of Irbis 30-06S and a 2 pound cannister of Irbis 7.62x39 powder.Its from a Russian manufacturer and I bought it a few years ago at a gun show In Asheville NC.I thought I could find some reload data to see what else it could be used for but so far the only data is on the cannister and its pretty sketchy.Anybody use this or know where to get data? I would think the Russians probably need all the powder they can now get with the hornets nest they stirred up in Ukraine.

I bought some Russian powder years ago. The seller said he just filled the (7.62X39) case full and shot it with good results. I have not experimented with it yet and probably never will.
Sounds like a plan for a disaster, sort of like the lady that stepped backwards into the running airplane propeller.
