Evening experts.

Has anyone here had a hands experience with a Steyr, SBS Classic rifle? Fit, finish, operation, and accuracy? Anything negative except the price?

I have never owned or had one in my hands but I am considering busting the firearms expense allotment.

Thanks, Ed.

I have a regular SBS. I'm not familiar with the classic version. 7mm rem mag. 26" barrel. Gray synthetic ( plastic) stock. It's a big gun. I'm not big. For me, not a gun to try to carry still hunting. Accurate. The bolt throw doesn't like large eyepiece scopes. With its weight and length, I could never take a reliable shot offhand. But it is accurate.
