Heckler & Koch Scope Mount Question

I’ve been trying to figure out exactly which scope mount this is,

I'm looking through an old HK Dealer price sheet, but I can’t quite figure out what the correct description and article number for it is. It’s brand new, German HK made, and in the original brown HK wrapping paper. Have you ever seen anything like this?

Yes I had one on my H & K 91 along with the ejection port buffer because they hell on brass. Original bipod and bayonet as well.

That's not inexpensive. Even the ones A.R.M.S. make/made ain't cheap.
Get yourself an attaché case, mount that scope rings and a MP5.
