Fed. tax stamps and trusts

I have had a stamp for about 4 years...I just initiated a trust...Is there a way I can add the stamp to an existing trust?????

    I'm not an expert but I'm going to make a SWAG of no. My limited knowledge says the only way that works is to go through a Class 3 dealer and sell the NFA device to your new trust. Depending on the device, this might cost more than the thing is worth.

    I always recommend starting down the NFA path with a trust. One can always add members to the trust later w/o much hassle.
