I have a Howa 1500 mini action rifle in 6.5 grendel with a Boyd laminate stock. My problem is i can't find any magazines that will fit. Does anyone know where i can find a couple?

I don't have a Howa 1500 mini-action - but from previous posts on the forum - it is my understanding that the 7.62X39 and the 6.5 Grendel use the same magazine - there is only one source for a 7.62X39 magazine on the auction side.

Thank you for the info. Kinda pricey aren't they? I may pick up a couple from him.
3D printed mag on another auction site for $50 Canadian. Factory mags discontinued so better pay what the market requires or do without. Some aftermarket mags may require a bit of inlet fitting.
1500 "mini" a small run so magazines are not supported? I'd contact them to see what may work.
Also don't 6.5Grendel fit in .223/5.56?
"Also don't 6.5Grendel fit in .223/5.56?"
NEGATIVE. 6.5 Grendel is based off the 7.62x39 case but has less taper.
You might(?) get the rifle to feed with only a few rounds (3-5) in a .223 magazine but no guarantee. I have a 5.45 AR that will feed from a twenty round .223 mag with up to 8-9 rounds loaded.
Would this one work? It supposed to work with the 7.62x39.

@yoshmyster - here is from Stas - January 1 - The 7.62x39 and 6.5 Grendel use the same Howa mini action mag. I have a 223 mini action Howa and magazine will not take the fatter 7.62 round.

I have a friend who was thinking of getting a Grendel for the AR and I know they fit in the standard magazine. So I thought this was the same situation. One magazine to fit many different rounds. You know company saving a buck.
^^^That is NOT the way it works.

While different cartridges may FIT in the magazine, feeding properly is a different scenario.
There is(or was) a 'multi-cartridge capable' magazine on the market. It was pretty pricy but did cover the use of multiple cartridges. In the current market, there are mags for .223/5.56, 6.8/22Nosler/224 Valkyrie, and 7.62&5.45x39. 6.5 Grendel works in the x39 mags I have although the case shape is a bit different.
Yes, it's possible to get a ??% level of function from mixing cartridge families through common 5.56 mags but it's a trial and error process. As I mentioned, I use 5.45x39 in THERMOLD 5.56 20 round mags by only loading 8-9 rounds. This began when X39 mags were nearly unobtainium and I just stuck with what worked.
