With "pathway" to citizenship. I didn't hear their name clearly so I don't know what it is. I reckon this person is hoping they'll keep them in office after they get citizenship. Not that it matters in California. Maybe vote them in to the fat slop trough known as Senate.
While trying to figure out who the person was I saw that schiff got the ins with the ufw.

Beginning Jan 20 2021 there was no such thing as a pathway to citizenship, one just entered USA at the Southern border unvetted, and later lavished with entitlements.
It's what I heard from the ad by Zoe Lofgren. As you know California does what ever they want and let law suits rot in courts. Unless you're just a shmo like me.
