Many years ago many people in our town were complaining every day about the Town Clerk. So I decided to run to make the office more accessible especially after hours and a weekend day for working people.
I got about 40% of the vote but the incumbent that everyone complained about got re-elected.
Sounds like a whole lot of collusion going on in California.
