Looks like different muzzleloader style firearms. Possibly for reference of size an style. Sometimes used to copy when making a reproduction model.

A very few books on antique arms would include those separate drawings to show the construction and details of the pieces. They may be actual size drawings. Not valuable, IMO, but of interest to a few. Good luck.
