I'm not artsy at all, but have made several crosses from horse shoes for a few people. I tried to find a picture of one, but I guess I never took a pic of one.

An old time blacksmith thought me how to make a split cross from one solid piece of bar stock. I forgot how many I made over the years but enjoyed the forging, especially if a client was watching and the grin on their face when I opened the two legs to make it into a cross.
I did not make the one pictured.
