What is it like today in your neck of the woods??
I was out fishing and a storm blew up pretty fast....Headed for home and watched some circulation in some low hanging clouds. It started to rain and about a mile from my place, the hail started....I checked out my truck when I got home and could not see any dents yet...
Headed out on the porch and the hail came down harder and it got larger.... Here are a few pics...
This one was about 1 3/4" across... More weather coming tonight..Under Tornado watch until late tonight.

Woo, serious size hail. Damaging and really put a hurt on you. Tornado doesn't sound good either. Hope it passes over, clears up soon. Stay safe.
That'll leave a mark!
That looks like the storm that's supposed to get here to Tennessee about 10:00 pm. Gee thanks for sending it our way.🙄
We were concerned about Martha..... but she was hiding out in her tree... She is in the garage for the night now !
Sorry.....hope you all come though it fine...
Keep your head down !
I heard you folks down that way got whomped on pretty hard. Minor hail and 2-3" of rain next county south but no hail this far north.
We picked up close to two inches of rain the last 24 hours.... All needed and welcomed !!!! Could have lived without the Hail !!!!!!!
I hope it calms down before it gets here tomorrow.
Hard hat needed
The worst of it barely missed us, so far. 100% chance for the remnants until early afternoon. I can see and hear the light show in the distance.
Just high canyon winds here in Utah. Highest at the mountain peaks has been 100+ and I just recorded at 49 gust down here in Ogden. My digital rain gauge is clattering like a typewriter with false rain.
Worse, it's garbage day. No way I'm putting a can out in this. With luck, it will die down soon and the truck will be late.
I'll take this over giant hail and tornadoes any time.
Good God some giant hail stones. I never have seen one half that size.
A long time ago (1978?) we had 4" hail here in SW Arkansas. Totaled my wife's car, our roof, and killed a bunch of livestock. Luckily, it was confined to a small area. I stood watching it coming from the West, talk about feeling helpless!
