"Star Trek: Discovery" after they got thrown in to the future

So they got sent in to 900 years in to the future and they got 900 years worth of upgrades but no seat belts. Even after 1000 years (after Kirk) and they don't bother with seat belts. It's crazy a crappiest KIA has seatbelts and air bags but in a Star Ship they will let you get thrown across the room.

I remember one movie….they had automatic seatbelts that installed when they went to red alert.
I wonder if they upgraded their Dilithium Crystals to garbage to power the ship?
Like the Back to the Future Delorian.
Well when a doctor can repair just about every thing with just a pas of a tool over you except all your atoms being displaced ito space why worry about seatbelts
If you look back at rhe early days so much stuff came to be they had zero budget so transporters came to be automatic. doors were two guys on the back side sliding them open as you got close
But yet with such meger beginnings look where the franchise is now
That was the third Chris Pine movie "Star Trek: Beyond" but I don't think the seatbelts automatically engaged. They should key the seat belts to activate when they yell "BRACE FOR IMPACT!!!" because they always say that on every Star Trek series/movies.
Ditch-Runner - Sure they can fix anything but say 50% of the crew needing to be attended all at once seems silly. Figure half of that could've been prevented.
Well if there red shirts (as know to the fans) Their expendable any way
