So, if the BATFE agents were so hyped up that they shot each other, how would any 'report' be honest and truthful?
I'm pretty sure we will never know the REAL details surrounding that raid. It would have been easy to pick him up on the street, then exercise the search warrant. He wasn't hiding or evading. Even a FOIA request won't be honored.
Going to be interesting to see the findings of the STATE investigation. If ATF cooperates and shares details, it would be a shock. Would suspect a wrongful death lawsuit to follow.
Are there enough vehicles, Jeeez us- wth are they invading? A bunker full of terrorists? They could and darn well should have just picked him up at work. He was IMO, no danger to any agent or anyone else. Guess they could have burnt him out, or shot his wife and dog before ? Standard over zealous tactics, way overboard.
Over kill and used as a warning to everyone
Too bad they do not use such efforts on the gangs and blue city crooks
They can't do that D-R, they might get hurt.
It's Trumps fault? To rub salt in the wound if they got the "Wong" house that would be too much.
A couple years back, the Feds showed up to make an arrest on a suspect in a county seat town just up the road. Three or four armored vehicles and 12-16 battle field equipped agents involved. Local PD/Sheriff's office was NOT included in the plan. In fact about as many guns pointed outward from the suspect house than inward.
Afraid local LEO would get in the way? Maybe just that snooty?
Turned out the suspect wasn't nearly as dangerous as the response seemed to imply and really no need to 'assault' the house. The guy usually walked to the coffee shop 2 blocks away for breakfast each morning and could easily have been gathered up w/o the big drama scene.
A mini Waco.
Sadly this isn't America anymore and for sure it's not law enforcement either. This isn't the way our system is suppose to work, even ex- Presidents aren't safe from persecution anymore for obvious political reasons …….🤬

The local Sheriff sets the rules for those. Our Sheriff told the feds that they HAD to tell him if they were doing an "ACTION" in the county. One time they did not, and the next time every Sheriff patrol car was in their way when they left the area, and since the Sheriff owns the jail every "fish slip" was screntuzied for spelling and correct sections.
There was no repeat of a non-informing action again.

I sen article the DOJ gave them the right or permission to not turn on body cameras what a surprise
It's like we're in the early stage of what happened in Germany ww ll
I'm having a hard time imagining that an agency that shouldn't exist would do something bad. Don't they just usually smile and sell cookies?
And fiery auto crashes
Some will die in hot pursuit
While sifting through my ashes
Some will fall in love with life
And drink it from a fountain
That is pouring like an avalanche
Coming down the mountain
I think the Feds get their training from watching Hollywood movies.
Except in the movies people don't really die
(other than that recent one).
