Bad seller, no help from GB
Hello fellow shooters. I had an issue with a seller lying about the gun I bought. He said it functions. It does not. With over 40 rounds using 7 different types of high quality ammo, it has not cycled correctly once. I opened a BPP case and faxed the requested info and they said the fax was too blurry so I told them I would mail it. Now they have said the case is resolved due to inactivity. There was no inactivity. I asked many, many times to get a person but all they ever do is send automated e mails that they obviously don't read the response to. So they have no idea what the issue/question is and have no way to give anything resembling actual customer support. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to get anything, anything at all done through GB "customer support" Thanks, Scott
