yesterday mother nature humbled nearly the entire field. Today I think the players are getting even, boy do those guys make it look easy…..

They would beat me if I placed my ball on the green at its farthest point and they used the tee box, I would lose.
Beautiful place, to say the least.
My only use for golf balls is that they make a heckuva good target. Bob
If you have not been there, you simply cannot fathom how perfect the grounds are. Nor how steep.
I haven't watched any of it this year. I'm told the announcers can't stop adulating Tiger - who may finish dead last if he doesn't withdraw tonight. I may tune in for the last hour or so Sunday, but since I've given up golf, I really have very little interest.
About 1/4 of the show is Tiger Woods. Tiger had a real bad day, including back-to-back double bogies, he won't finish in the top 20.
Lots of guys within 3 strokes of the lead, it should be a great day of golf today.
Does CBS love Tiger? Yesterday at 1pm the tournament was in full swing. But nobody was showing the tournament live, not CBS, not ESPN, not even the Golf Channel. ESPN and Golf tv were live at the Masters, but just showed guys on the practice T, no live golf. They did have live video of TIger leaving the club house and heading towards the first T.
Instead, at 1pm, CBS had a one hour documentary about the last time TIger won, which was five years ago. Then, at 3 pm CBS began live coverage of the match. "Tiger is even par on the first 2 holes, what a man!" Etc.
I'm a Tiger fam but CBS does get a little carried away.
I think the tiger show is over, hopefully he gives up quietly and moves on to the senior tour in few years, but I don't think his ego will let him……….
Golf. For when you need to go to the range but you're out of ammo. 😀
I never really followed the game but The Masters always captured my attention because of how immaculate the course is. Absolutely beautiful.

The TV image is nothing compared to being there, Kev. Really.
it was amazing that there were plenty of players that scored well in the wind and when the winds stopped on day 3 and 4 they sucked. Take Tiger Woods for example.
