In "89 when traveling the Alaska highway passed many reservations along the way. Big sign on entrance gates with skull and cross bones "White Man Keep Out". As i recall Yukon and Alberta. Young natives in back of p/u shooting jack rabbits along side of highway with .22 rifles. Bet Justin does not mess with them. I think different fish/game laws for them.
