Anyone go to the Bianchi Cup?

I plan on being there this year, just to watch. I wish I could shoot that well, or get ahold of that much free ammunition to shoot that well.

We camp at an RV park in Columbia Mo almost every Memorial Day to take part in the annual 'Pedalfest Jamboree" a bike ride on the Katy trail from Columbia to Rocheport. They have bands, food trucks, wine tasting, funny costumes and all manor of people riding.

We were walking around the RV park and got to talking to some folks that shoot in the Bianchi Cup every year! Great folks. So last year we tried to attend, but the competition is now under the control of the Civilian Marksmanship Program or something. What usually took three days of shooting, now only took one or two, so we missed it.

This year we are going a day early to try to see how the pro's do it in person. I've seen it on TV, but this should take it to another level. And surely they would have some hats or T shirts that I need!!

To my mind it is wholly irresponsible to go out into the world incapable of preventing violence, injury, crime, and death. How feeble is the mindset to accept defenselessness, how cheap, how cowardly, how pathetic. Ted Nugent.
