Warren Ammo Act
November 2 2023 / Updated wording May 2 2024
Washington, D.C. — U.S. Senators Elizabeth Warren
(D-Mass.), Richard Blumenthal (D-Conn.) and Representatives Robert
Garcia (D-Calif.) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) introduced the Ammunition Modernization and Monitoring Oversight (AMMO) Act, legislation that would restrict bulk sales of ammunition, require businesses who sell ammunition to obtain the same federal license as
firearm dealers, and require businesses to conduct a background check on
ammunition buyers.
Section 922 of title 18, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following:
(aa) Restriction on bulk ammunition sales
(1) In general
It shall be unlawful for any person licensed under this chapter to transfer to a person not so licensed—
(A) during any 5-day period—
(i) more than 100 rounds of .50 caliber ammunition; or
(ii) more than 1,000 rounds of any other caliber of ammunition
So a person selling Ammunition will have to be Licensed to do so, and will have to record the sale of Ammunition and forward a copy of sale to the Attorney General .(AG will retain for 60 days)
Dealer must retain copy for 2 years.

Welp, they they never give up.
Looks like they got ahead of California on this bit but we got a back ground check before purchasing and no door to door internet purchase.
Do you know how you eat an elephant? One small bite at a time.
That's exactly what's happening to us, my friends. We are being nibbled away by a pack of ankle biting politicians. A little bit here, a little bit there… It's all just 'common sense' after all, how could anyone possibly object? Eff them.
The crazies time clock is running out to try and pass crap.
prez reagan stopped this during his time
