Been rewatching "24" and it influenced me to buy the Rothco Classic Canvas Messenger Bag in brown. Not that I needed a new murse but the one I have doesn't have a sling and it's bigger than it needs to be so it holds more crap that weighs me down. Also if my lunch leaks I can throw it in the wash unlike my Swiss Gear.
Now to find a replacement flashlight.

Awesome!
When I first married Larry he wore a fanny pack. There was no telling what he had in that thing. I'm certain its still around here somewhere….because he never tosses anything, not ever.
I figured we'd see a murse at some point, but he hasn't gotten one (yet)….he does have several bags of "stuff" in his truck. That man doesn't know what its like to be unprepared.
If you carry a murse you need to put your hair up in a man-bun.
Close as I come I use to carry a military map or sometims a medical bag to gun shows .even gas mask bags were comom back then to u see
but back then 80% at least of the buyers did , to put al the smaller goodies in as you walk Ed thru the shows
I still have them hanging in my what I use to call my man cave / gun room
Nerver wanted a fanny pack or man purse for daily carry but to each their own i could se its advantages.
No just no.
non binary purse for all occasions.
Hilarious!!! Reminds me of a West Virginia joke:
"What do you call a matched set of luggage in West Virginia? Two Piggly Wiggly bags."
@yoshmyster : are you gonna sew a Gadsden flag on your man-purse? With that on a murse, you'd be sure to confuse a lot of people there in Cali

This is my man purse. My testosterone level doesn't even drop when I wear it out in the deer woods! 😎
I use a couple of different 'bags' when I go to town. Like holsters, I just haven't found the right one yet. I'm not a big guy, and gaining age I find that IWB is just uncomfortable, and will print with t-shirts I wear. And now that cell phones are almost as big as the old tablets, then there are extra magazines, knives, tooth pics, keys, I don't know how to stash it all. But a military type bag slung over my shoulder works a lot. Especially in the summer time. In the winter, vests, jackets, and cover shirts work well. They are not uncommon around here, to see guys carrying a pack or messenger bag.
Never! The yoshmyster walks tall with his Hello Kitty shirt and murse stuffed with 8 pounds of cod. Step aside, peasants! Confidence is approaching!

Not surprised here. If the insomnia guys read these post,,,,,,,,
If you're going to carry a purse, as a man, it should at least be a 'Nutsac' brand.
How can I stop seeing this?😁😜

Why are you still posting here Alice? Sorry, channeling Danceswithsheep.
No Yosh.
Be sure to wear the strap around your neck. It is less likely to be snatched that way. I carry a wallet myself…..
If it doesnt fit in my pockets, it doesn't go.
Well yeah ……………………..
OK, I'll tick off a few people with this but "Frankly my dear, I don't give a damn".
While a purse (it's a purse period) may be extremely practical, it is and has been for WOMEN not men. The term "MURSE" is just an awkward attempt to make it ok to leave your man card at home, may as well wear panties and a bra under your regular clothes.
I am completely secure with my manhood but I would no more carry a "purse" then I would wear a dress. If you need to carry a bunch of other stuff then get a gym bag, back pack, range bag or, just leave your damned makeup at home.
If you don't care that 90% of the rest of the world are going to look at you and think that you're a little light in the loafers, then, by all means, accessorize as a woman.
I miss the world the way it was …………………………… sigh ………….
I know …. right 😩
Fancy.
Well I got the Satchel today. It's not bad but definitely not $40 now if the canvas was thicker then yes. I should have looked more before plunking down the cash since I saw a similar one with a handle strap on top (that mine is lacking for $20) made by Sweetbriar. It has a nice zip pocket for my Carmex, Shelby Can Opener (the larger P38), a tin of anti-acids and few other things.
Since it's an open floor plan of a satchel with no real closure I have to be mindful.
Locust Fork - Last time I has a fanny pack I was running pizzas for Pizza Hut.
allen griggs - No man bun. I'm too old to try to look "hip".
Kevin_L - No Gadsden flag. Maybe after it get a big enough hole that it needs a patch. Been looking for Jayne Cobb hat ("Firefly") that don't look cheap for years.
love2shoot - Dude it's mainly my sack for taking snacks and lunch to work. My "Brown" bag.
bullshot - I get stares anyhow. I'm just eye candy for this world. As for a dress I believe it's called a Thobe. Just need a right belt to tie it off.
Lucky4597 - That Osprey looks too sporty.
So I've been slinging the satchel for a while now and I have to say it's nice to have my hands free. Also the satchel being smaller than my old bag I have less weight to carry. All in all the sling action bag is great.
