Selling a couple of my deceased husbands firearm to save our house. How can i except credit cards.
My my husband passed away and I am going to be selling three to four guns on this website and I want to know how I can accept credit card payments for the people who want to purchase the guns.
The only reason I am selling the guns is to keep the home that we had for the last 19 years for going into foreclosure it's only going to be a couple of payments process i am not a company.
I just want the people who buy the guns to be able to use credit cards so I have more people to possibly sell it to but I have no idea how to do this.
I talked to someone tactical pay and they're going to have to set me up as a business but I only want to have to use this for for the auctions is there any other way I can accept credit cards without being a business?

My advice would be to consign the firearms with forum member “Locust Fork”. Kasey has sold guns for many forum members (myself included) for a long time. Fees are very reasonable and she has a very large following.

Agreed. Kasey is a well known member of this community and a top notch person to work with. She won't steer you wrong.

Agree with the above…. Kasey did a great job for me a few years ago…. They handle everything, listing, collection of payment, shipping and all you do is receive a check.
Kasey picked up some from me & another member 6 weeks ago. This is my second time with her & she always gets more $$$ than I would have. Easy Peasy.
Jhasson45, selling through Locust Fork/Kasey is definitely a good suggestion, however if TIME is a consideration, it might be FASTER to sell them yourself.
Tell them to mail to you a postal money order.
I agree, Locust Fork is your easiest/best bet. BUT, if you really want to do it yourself, most "regular" credit card processors DO NOT let you sell firearms….just so you know.

I second the advice to consign the guns thru Locust fork .She will get top dollar for you .Being a new seller you will not likely get as much exposure as she would
If this is real and sounds like you want money soon better go local and your late husband had friends that would buy them.
Great idea, but do a little research on valuations (check the sold items here on GunBroker) just to be sure they’re “real” friends not opportunists.
Kasey is also a great idea.
Need cash fast on three to four guns to save the house? Are they transferable automatics or some really, really rare Colt SAA? Best of luck.
Gunbroker doesn't care for it but you can accept credit cards through Venmo & Cash App. I've paid for some lesser $ accessories using these 2 phone applications.
I told my wife and daughter years ago that I wanted Kasey to sell my guns after I croak.

I'm available to help if you would like us to run your auctions.
I'm headed to Kentucky and Tennessee to pick up collections tomorrow….if you are anywhere near this route touch base with me and I'll be happy to work it out.
THANK YOU ALL for posting about our services. We appreciate it VERY much!
Here is a Seller's resource page from the auction side. Be sure to post a link to your auction(s) in the forums, we'd love to see what you have.

Where are you? Locust Fork, who does great work by the way, is in Alabama.
I also sell consignment guns and I am in NE Texas.
If one of us is close, maybe we/y'all can meet up.
