CZ 452 rings

I have a CZ 452 ZKM 2E (22) which I've enjoyed very much for quite a few years. Now I'm rying to mount a new (better) scope, which is difficult due to the short distance between the rear sight and the bolt handle, and the height of the rear sight. Research indicated an Athlon Neos 3-9x40 1" should fit, which I bought, and I think it will fit, but requires higher rings. I got a pair but their dovetail bases are too wide to fit the integral rails. It seems this is due to some rails being 3/8" vs 11mm width. I can't seem to find the rings with a narrower (3/8'?) dovetail, including on CZ's website. I've emailed CZ customer support.
ANY SUGGESTIONS?
Thank you.

I use the Millet angle lock rings for my BRNO and CZ rifle.
Adjustable for base size. Several listed on the Auction side.
I have a CZ 452 ZKM 2E American in 17HMR, I bought it 20 years ago new. One of the most accurate rifles I have in rim fire models. It came with CZ rings and no rear sights, I use a Leopold 3x9 scope. It is 10 inches long and has 1.25 inch bells rear and front, center of scope to center of barrel is 1.5 inches, with rings.
I would contact CZ and find out if maybe they have rings that would work.
sincere thanks to both of you, and a gentleman who emailed me.
i emailed CZ Customer Service a week ago, ut have not received any response whatsoever—not even an acknowledgement.
however i bought cheap NCStar 3/8 high rings, fit just great, installed today with an Athlon Neos 1" 3-9x40 scope. All seems good, clears the rear iron sight and the bolt handle.
Will sight in (after i recover from tomorrow's surgery) with the CCI Blazer ammo the rifle has always loved!
