Checked my camera today on my clover plot on the pipeline that runs through my farm.
My best guess is a hawk carrying a rabbit.

Seems long and whiter than a rabbit should look.
Legs too long for a fawn?
Hawk-a-lope!
maybe a hawk-too😉
Hey, that's a boy bunny wearing a tu-tu
Not my fault that most of the useful stuff I learned in life was from Looney Tunes! 😀 Bob
hawk
Looks like a Hawk with a rabbit to me.
no hooves
My best guess is great horned owl with cottontail.
That has to be a one in a million, even on a trail cam.
It’s definitely not the rabbit from Holy Grail.
No fangs. 😉
I have plenty of owls at the farm.
could it just be the birds legs?
Nope, birds don't have fur, nor bunny toes. The key id the pattern of the tail feathers.
Unfortunate bunny
I agree, they look like rabbit legs and owl feathers…..
that is rocky the flying squirrels brother Ricky the flying rabbitt……….
Same camera last September.
I still think just owl legs after studying it more.
I know for sure they're cool pictures.
Barred owl. Look closely at the feet. Pads in fur, short toes no raptorial claws. You almost nailed it in first post, and I got the owl species wrong.
What Joe said.
Cheif, you are right. Blew up the pix almost to blur, and I could pick out a central talon.
Great Pics !!!!
