Cannon Safe Company that is!
My friend died, and I bought a Cannon safe from his widow.
I went to set up the interior and found it was missing one shelf clip. I looked up the Cannon site and sent them a message asking to order one shelf clip.
Today, I received a sack full of clips, maybe 10 or so, from Cannon, delivered by FedEx Express. FREE.

Good job by Cannon. Good customer service is rare now days.
Good to know.. I have a large Cannon safe, about 12 years old. So far the electronic lock has been reliable.
A rare thing anymore, happy to hear they took care of you !!!
RCBS is also great.
I have a Liberty……..haven't had to contact them for anything…….hope they are good too
I thought you had been taking "art" photos. 🙁
That would be Canon He Dog !!!! 🙃
Maybe just a coincidence, but my 20 year old Liberty gun safe let me down for the first time since it was new. A manual dial combo that failed to open the safe. Tried again and again and started thinking that my old brain must be having issues!!
I was patient with it for a few days thinking that it, or I would magically fix the problem and get it opened up. NOPE!! Called Liberty and the safe tech guy put me through a bunch of dial turn stops and go tricks and WA-LA!! It OPENED! 😋
All this without having the serial number or any other info for the technician. (It was all locked up in the safe) Then, checking my warrantee info found that the original salesman from the now defunct sporting goods store who promised me he would send in the warrantee but never did!………😮
Anyway, the Liberty tech told me that those manual dial combo locks do wear out after many years of continued service. He then said he would get a new one in the mail to me at NO CHARGE! FREE!
Downside is that I'll have to hire a locksmith to do the install. Not too bad I recon.
Not "art" but maybe "Frank" photos…….
😁
Just to drift the thread a little ,William Conrad was a Captain and fighter pilot in WW2
I bought a manual dial lock for our Liberty safe just to get rid of the electric lock. You can do the install yourself. Not complicated.
Thank you HPD!! I will check into that for sure! U Tube will be my next stop when the new dial lock gets here.
