    Definitely worth watching. We all know that any anti-gun law is unconstitutional. How the Kansas ruling plays out may be very interesting.

    It is going to be a tough go for any politician who advocates for the modification of the FOPA of 1986 to remove the banning of private ownership of new full auto and select fire weapons, but any honest reading of the Constitution tells us that it needs to be removed.

    I doubt the Robert's court has the stones to do it, as he and Kavanaugh seem to want to be liked more than to insist upon proper limitation upon government.
